Dried Apricot Balls – A Gluten Free Treat

The following treat is easy to make and is sure to please your friends and family.

DRIED APRICOT BALLS

250 g dried apricots
1/2 tin condensed milk (200g)
1 cup coconut or grated chocolate

Soak apricots over night in water (Port for indulgence).

Cut apricots into small pieces and mix with condensed milk. Form into balls and roll in coconut

If chocolate is used, keep in the fridge.

Coconut and chocolate is another option!
